I love camping, but havent very much lately. I like sunset a lot, theres good places to camp, but not much wheeling. There is larch next door to sunset though, which I hear is a good wheelin spot. Sunset campgrounds ia a pay to camp area, but you just keep driving through it to the forest roads and it's free. So you can have which ever you like better.
I've also camped in cougar. It's kinda red neckish and theres a lot of trash. But the area is neat I think. Not much wheelin though. There is a good ATV wheelin though. It's right next to a lake/river and there are signs that warn about a suden release of water. they are serious. Just dont camp/sleep down by the water. Not sure what it was for, but theres a wide open area with a concrete pad (where you come in at), and several forest roads shoot off from there.
Those are the only two spots I can think of that I've camped at.
